Captain America: Civil War is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo and is set for release May 6, 2016 featuring a star studded cast headlined by Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr. and Scarlett Johansson.
A feud between Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) leaves the Avengers in turmoil.
“He does not wear the mask. You would be surprised, it’s different than what you’d think. It’s loosely connected to this character. But that’s what I like about the Marvel guys, some of the characters and things they’re dealing with always reference to current events so my character is from a different area than you would think,” said Bruhl when speaking to Business Insider. He went on to confirm that his character is written as potentially being able to pop up in other Marvel films.
