Batman and The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will team up for an animated full length feature film that will debut in late 2019! Based on the incredible IDW/DC comic crossover series from writer James Tynion IV and artist Freddie Williams II, the film stars the voices of Darren Criss, Troy Baker, Tara Strong, Eric Bauza, Kyle Mooney and more!
Thanks to SyFy.com who has the exclusive scoop on this amazing announcement, we know some great details on the animated crossover event of 2019 from Warner Bros. Animation, Warner Home Entertainment, DC Entertainment and Nickelodeon. The premise of the flick is the same as the first crossover mini-series featuring Batman and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic series where the two world collide after a trans-dimensional encounter. Robin, Batgirl and a rogues gallery that features classic villains from each franchise will be present for the film – check out the main cast below: (waiting on those TMNT villain voice reveals still….)
