Recently named VH1’s #1 Hard Rock & Metal Supergroup, Down comprised of Phil Anselmo (Pantera), Pepper Keenan (Corrosion Of Conformity), Jimmy Bower (Crowbar), Pat Bruders (Goatwhore), & Bobby Landgraf will make Dirt Fest 2015 their exclusive Michigan performance of 2015! Joined by Pop Evil, Kottonmouth Kings, & more on Saturday August 8th, Down will close the night performing new and classic cuts spanning their 20+ year career.

For the first time since its history, Dirt Fest 2015 has expanded its event to 2 full days of music performances with Coal Chamber headlining Friday August 7th along with Mushroomhead, Fear Factory, King 810, & more. Coal Chamber has spent some time overseas and return to the United States to visit Dirt Fest 2015 in support of their new record “Rivals” which hits stores May 19th, and is the “spooky metal” band’s first offering in 13 years.

Celebrating its 18th year, Dirt Fest is presented by Matt Dalton and Andy Dalton of Dalton Brothers Entertainment, hosted by Flint’s Rock Radio Banana 101.5 FM, and is held at the Birch Run Expo Center in Birch Run, MI.

Dirt Fest is an all-day, all-ages music festival that the Daltons have developed from humble beginnings, and in partnership with Banana 101.5 have grown its reputation as a must-attend event every year for fans of hard rock and metal music. Dirt Fest strives to put Michigan bands in the spotlight with performances this year from Pop Evil & King 810, and past showcases from Battlecross, Chiodos, I See Stars, & Wilson. National headlining bands such as Killswitch Engage, All That Remains, Powerman 5000, Trapt, Sevendust, In This Moment, and Clutch have also graced the stage while The Dalton Brothers continue to make an effort to feed the pot with developing acts.
