Rare Amiibo Will Be For Sale Again
Nintendo’s latest licence to print money has been conflicting for me. On one hand they are incredibly detailed and well made for the cost and they occasionally do offer some really cool uses. On the other hand they are so, so, so annoying to get your hands on and if you aren’t a hardcore collector camping outside stores then you might even find it impossible get the most out of your Amiibo compatible games. Well there is some good news from Nintendo’s Twitter account. Some of the more uncommon NFC figures will”soon” be available at retailers. Unfortunately with no actual release date you might as well sell your house now and live outside GameStop to ensure you get the Fox, Shulk, Greninja, Lucario or Little Mac that you’ve been looking for.
Metal Gear Solid V’s Latest Game Breaking Bug
After sorting out the last bug with Quiet corrupting your save data and stabilizing the servers, The Phantom Pain should be all good now right? Well that isn’t quite the case for PlayStation 4 gamers. Konami is now telling us that if there are multiple PSN accounts on one console that are playing the game you might get an error telling you that your save data is unusable. People buy a console for everyone in the house these days anyways, don’t they?
Activision Keeps It Classy On Twitter With Fake Terrorist Attack
This week Activision quietly changed their Call of Duty Twitter account to Current Events Aggregate and claimed to be bringing us “real news”. They began by tweeting arbitrary news and then suddenly broke into information about an explosion in Singapore. After leading people on for a while they said this is the future in Call of Duty Black Ops III… Nice Activision, real nice.
New Street Fighter V Character Laura Leaked
While trying to reveal images of returning character Zangief, Famitsu accidentally released screenshots of Laura. Rumored to base her fighting style off Jiu-Jitsu and uses electricity in her attacks. The game has no release date yet but is expected early next year for PlayStation 4 and PC.
Surprise Smash Bros DLC
Along side the Super Mario Maker level, Nintendo released new costumes and a Wind Waker level for the Wii U. Once you update your game you will be given the Duck Hunt stage for free.
The Humble Monthly Bundle
Much like Loot-Crate, you will now be able to subscribe to a monthly Humble bundle that features mystery games. The bundle will cost $12 with 5% going to charity. The first pack is available November 6.
Trackmania Pushed Back To 2016
Developer Nadeo has stated they need more time to work on things like the campaign, interface and multiplayer modes. They would like to add a feature that allows players to challenge each other on their created tracks. The game has no specific release date anymore but is scheduled for early 2016 on PlayStation, Xbox One and PC
Xbox One Party Chat Increased To 12
Party chats have been increased from 8 to 12 and don’t require anything to take advantage of that. Microsoft is doing this in preparation of the new dashboard coming this November and t he 24 player Halo 5 Warzone mode
