Dota 2 Patch Creates Excitement over Half Life 3

Half Life 3 is in no way confirmed and I’m pretty skeptical that it ever will be but many fans of the popular series are excited over some code found in a Dota 2 patch. A text file named hl3.txt has exploded into theories about what it, and the code in the file could mean. Check out the code here and try to solve the mystery for your self.

Far Cry Primal Gets Revealed

Over the last week Ubisoft has been teasing us with the image of a caveman looking figure painted in a similar way. Well it turns out it is the next Far Cry game. Will take place in the 10,000 BC era and is set to release February 23 

Black Ops III Beta Feedback Changed The Game

While most people just checked out the beta to get a taste of what Treyarch plans to deliver, many players actually voiced some concerns about the games balance. As a result The Black Hat has had its hack time increased and now pings your location on the mini map while hacking. The specialist Rejack who can revive himself will now provide kill count to the person who downed so that it counts to kill streaks. He will also have his kill streaks reset upon reviving himself.

Halloween Rocket League DLC

The time of year is upon us when things start to get spooky in a festive sort of way. If you’re still playing Rocket League than you can join in by decorating your car with fun Halloween themed items. There will be Calavera antenna, Candy Corn rocket trail, Carriage wheels, Fuzzy Brute antenna, Fuzzy Vampire Antenna and a Pumpkin hat. Anything you don’t collect this year will be locked away until next Halloween. There will also be more DLC later this month called Revenge of the BattleCars and will feature two cars and more customization options.

Take To The Skies of Minecraft

A recent update has implemented a set of wings into the game that allows players to fly around making it far easier to get around or just survey the land. The downside is that these wings can only be found, not crafted.

Steam In Stores

Many people think that digital games will kill game stores but the biggest name in digital games, Valve has other plans. They have announced that EB Games, Gamestop and GAME will have Steam sections in its stores. The goal is to help sell their Steam Machine and accessories. The Steam Machine, controller and Steam Link will be available on November 10.

Darksiders II Definitive Edition

With so many games being remastered and sold again on new consoles, it only makes sense that Darksiders gets in on it. The gmae will come in all its HD remastered glory with all of the available DLC and have been worked to fit better into the core game. The game will release October 27 for $29.99

Ubisoft Buys Ivory Tower

Developers of The Crew, Ivory Tower have been acquired by Ubisoft. Ivory Tower has around 100 employees and are working on the next Major expansion to The Crew called Wild Run. This is a good hint that Ubisoft wants to expand on and turn The Crew into a franchise.
