The 2016 Game Awards were handed out yesterday, December 1, 2016 with Overwatch taking home top honours after reinvigorating the first person shooter genre in ways not seen since Halo 2 revolutionised online multiplayer.
The 2016 Game Awards, was an online only digital streaming presentation created by Geoff Keighley. Aside from the winners, we got several first looks at new upcoming games including a Guardians of The Galaxy title from TELLTALE, Norman Reedus, Guillermo Del Toro and Mads Mikkelsen will star in a Hideo Kojima game called Death Stranding and more.
