Media Guests
Jason Mewes
Jason Mewes is inarguably one of pop culture’s most memorable comedic icons. As one half of Jay & Silent Bob, Mewes has appeared in a wealth of Kevin Smith’s films (Mallrats, Clerks, Dogma, Chasing Amy, Zack and Miri Make a Porno) and usually steals absolutely every single scene he’s a part of. Watch Mewes drop words of hilarious wisdom during one of his two panels this weekend or meet the man in person, get a photo op and get him to sign a chunk of that Jay & Silent Bob stash (not you know — that kind of stash).
Billy West
Billy West is a voice acting icon and one of the greatest to ever hit that studio mic. From Ren & Stimpy, to Futurama and everything inbetween West is a legend and one of the best performers in the business today. He’s even taken on later incarnations of the most prestigious cartoon characters of all time including Bugs Bunny, Elmer Fudd, Popeye and Woody Woodpecker.
Phil Lamarr
Phil LaMarr is one of the original and founding castmembers of the legendary sketch comedy series MAD TV and has had several memorable supporting roles in various movies. He does several voices from series like Star Wars Rebels, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Futurama, Turbo FAST, Regular Show, Justice League, Samurai Jack and many, many more. He’s extremely talented, funny and one of the very finest voice actors on the planet. Huge thanks to Lethbridge comic shop Kapow! for sponsoring LaMarr’s appearance.
Lee Arenberg
Lee Arenberg is one of the hardest working actors today, currently appearing as Grump on ABC’s hit fantasy series Once Upon a Time. You may remember him for his memorable portrayal of Pintel in the Pirates of the Caribbean film franchise. Arenberg has appeared in several popular television series ever made as well and he’s always a scene stealer in shows like Seinfeld, Californication, Star Trek The Next Generation and more.
Brendan Hunter
Brendan Hunter is a voice actor and performer known for roles in Hunter X Hunter (Hisoka), Dragon Ball GT (Oob), Dragon Ball (Tien), Scan2Go (Dradd), DICE (Robert Clapice), Deltora Quest (Sorcerer Oacus), Gregory Horror Show (Judgment Boy), Hoop Days, Jubei-Chan 2, Di Gi Charat Nyo!, Pretty Cure, many Gundam VG’s, “Megaman: Powered Up” VG (Elec Man), and many others.
