Wednesday is here again, which means a new week for new comics (MIDNIGHT VISTA & RED MOTHER). If you are like me, you may still have a stack of comics that haven’t been read from last week, but how can anyone fault us for reading. Here is a list of books I will be picking up at my local comic shop.

Like many readers I try to budget my purchases, which can become difficult when there are so many quality books being published each week. So here are 5 titles to consider picking up this week.

Aftershock Comics – Eliot Rahal, Clara Meath, Mark Englert, Taylor Esposito, Juan Doe

It’s time for him to face his fears. If Oliver wants a life worth living then he has to make it for himself. The only problem is…will it cost him everything that he has left?

OVER THE ROPES #2 – $3.99

Mad Cave Studios – Jay Sandlin, Antonello Cosentino, Francesco Segala, Justin Birch

Fresh off his unexpected victory over Ramblin’ Rick Radison, Jason now has a major bounty on his head. And Jessie Presley, the sumo wrestling, Elvis impersonator, is known nationwide for
collecting as many bounties as he can. Will Jason rise like a Phoenix or will Jessie leave him all shook up?

RED MOTHER #2 – $3.99
